Carol Browner was President Clinton's EPA administrator. She is a confidante of Al Gore and serves as the chair of the Audobon Society. On December 10, 2008, it was reported that President-Elect Obama will name Browner as the "Climate Czar" and head of environmental, energy, climate and related matters.
